We follow a six step process in identifying, screening and attracting the right professionals for our clients.

1: Clarify search requirements

We invest the time upfront to understand your business, culture and hiring priorities. We delineate the requirements and the key skills, personal qualities and experience required for the position. We establish the selection criteria to evaluate potential candidates.

2: Research

We map out a search strategy and choose the research targets to undertake candidate search. We source far and wide and deep by utilizing various sources including proprietary databases, industry contacts and networking initiatives to develop a solid pipeline of potential candidates.

3: Qualify

We reach out to candidates to assess and evaluate their suitability and interest in the role. We assess candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit.

4: Present candidates and Facilitate interviews

A shortlist of candidates is presented to client along with a summary of the candidate’s profile. We then coordinate client interviews and keep candidates informed of the next steps.

5: Negotiate

Once client makes a decision to make an offer to a particular candidate, we help negotiate the compensation details. As objective intermediaries, we facilitate salary negotiations between candidates and clients.
